Overview and Approach:

Most people who reach out for therapy aren't in crisis. They're managing (sometimes really well on the outside) while carrying something that's quietly become heavier than they expected. Whether you're dealing with anxiety that won't quiet down, a loss that's changed how you see everything, a relationship that keeps hitting the same walls, or a version of yourself you're struggling to recognize; therapy can be a place to slow down and actually work through what's going on.

I work collaboratively with my clients… that means you're not just receiving guidance, you're an active part of the process. We'll work together to understand where you are, figure out where you want to go, and develop practical tools to help you get there. I draw on an understanding of how thoughts, patterns, and emotions interact, alongside a genuine interest in you as a whole person and not simply the problem that brought you in. Sessions are goal-oriented without being rigid, and the pace at which we move is up to you.

While my two niche specialities are work-life wellness and fertility issues, my practice includes services for clients with a broad range of mental health concerns:

Areas Where I Can Help:

  • Anxiety - whether it shows up as persistent worry, physical tension, overthinking, or avoidance, anxiety is one of the most common and most treatable challenges people bring to therapy

  • Depression - low motivation, emotional flatness, withdrawal from things that used to matter, or a persistent sense that something is missing

  • Grief and loss - loss takes many forms: the death of someone important, the end of a relationship, a career shift, or a version of your life you had to let go of. Grief doesn't follow a clean arc and it benefits from space to actually be processed

  • Life transitions - new jobs, relationship changes, becoming a parent, shifting roles, or simply the ambiguity of not knowing what comes next. Life transitions often stir up more than people expect

  • Relationship concerns - patterns in how you connect, communicate, or conflict with the people in your life can be benefit from being explored in a safe therapeutic environment

  • Family of origin - the dynamics of the family you grew up in have a remarkable way of consistently showing up in the present day. Understanding those patterns is often central to changing them moving forward

  • Identity and self-worth - struggling with how you see yourself, feeling like you've drifted from who you want to be, or carrying chronic self-doubt that gets in the way of your life

Signs It Might Be Time to Reach Out:

  • You're managing, but just barely - functioning on the outside while feeling depleted, disconnected, or like you're running on empty inside

  • The same patterns keep showing up - in relationships, at work, or in how you respond to stress and you can't seem to break the cycle even though you may feel like you can recognize it

  • Your emotions feel out of proportion or hard to access - either things are hitting harder than they should or you've noticed yourself going a bit numb to things that used to matter

  • Worry or dread has become your baseline - when anxiety is less of a response to something specific and more of a constant undercurrent throughout the day

  • Something has shifted and you can't quite name it - not every reason to start therapy is an acute crisis. Sometimes it's just a quiet sense that something is off and that you'd like support figuring out what
